The role we play
Completion in Spain takes place before a notary, with precise requirements for funds, identification, powers and tax. A single missing document or a miscalculated figure can delay or complicate the signing.
We coordinate completion end to end — the figures, the bankers' drafts and transfers, the documentation and the appointment — and, where you prefer, sign on your behalf by power of attorney. Your ownership is then registered in your name.
